  1. Norauto is the French equivalent to Halfords.

  2. I had this problem only last week with my TomTom One XL. I assume that you are referring to the in-car charger in which case his problem could be the same as mine, ie. a blown fuse on the cigar-lighter circuit. If this has not been checked then check it. My car (Almera) has a 15 amp fuse but I replaced it with a 20 amp fuse from the spares supplied in the fuse box.  If this is not the case then any of the large supermarkets (Leclerc, SuperU, Carrefour, etc.) will stock in-car chargers in ther motoring section.  Incidentally, my phone's in-car charger is identical to my Tomtom's so I checked by plugging that one into the cigar lighter to see whether it was the charger or the circuit that was duff.

  3. Go to any large edge of town hypermarket (signposted centre commercial) eg L'Eclerc, Auchaun, Carrefour, Giant, Intermarche, or SuperU and there is often a associate car spares / tyres type shop.  Its worth checking the fuse in the charger and cigarette lighter before buying a new charger
