Car tints (philly) what to recommend for a first time tinter?

see i wanna get something thats dark enough for people not to see me but not dark enough for me to get stop by the cops thats if they even care anymore since i do live n philadelphia aka kiladelphia. so what percentage is right for me plus i have a all black car. and im saying that just in case the car color have anything to do with the darkness of tint

Even though it runs the risk of gettin you pulled over.. I think if you do it, you might as well "do it right" as people say.. I'd go ahead and do 5%... especially since your car is black.. but thats your choice.. To me, anything LIGHTER than 5% is just a waste of time and money.
