  1. Go to your local Notary Public and have a Power of Attorney drawn up just for this vehicle.  Make sure it has the VIN so it can't be used for some other type of property.  She keeps the POA with the title and when she decides to do something, she can sign for you just for this vehicle.  You would be giving her the right to dispose of the vehicle as she sees fit.

  2. There are several things involved in this question...

    the title.. and the loan

for the title.. yes she can't sell the SUV dill you are off the title..

as far as the loan goes you would have to refi the vehicle in her name only to get you off the loan.

  3. Do you still owe money on the vehicle? If yes you need to contact the lienholder and sign the necessary documents to remove your name from the title.

If you guys own the vehicle outright, sign the title over to her. She will need to register and title the vehicle in her name only.

Be sure you do this. godforbid she get into an accident, since your name is still on the title, you could also be held liable for damages caused.
