  1. I don`t know about the Second one but the first one looks like it has Doberman Pincher in it, with some Rottweiler.

  2. They are sooooo cute, lucky owner.  I think the first little guy is a beautiful little mutt probably shepard and maybe a little rottie. Hmmm not really sure though.  The second one is part border collie for sure, your right.  Thanks for sharing them with us.

  3. The first one is definitely part rottweiler! My sister has a rott/lab mix and it looks just like that one. The second one is border collie. Both are cute!

  4. maybe doberman

  5. Rottie and shepherd mix!? Yeah, the second looks border collie mix.

ADD- the dogs could have the same mother but different fathers, even if they are from the same litter!

  6. I don't really understand your question witch dog are you on about  more info plz. she looks like shes German Shepard and lab if she had Rottweiler in her she would have the face of one

  7. That first dog totally has Rottie in her!

  8. beautiful dogs!

the first one looks shepherd! but the second one doesnt look anything shepherd. thats so weird.

could be rottie but definately some shepherd! rotties ears dont do that.

the second one i have no idea, but i dont beleive they are from the same litter (maybe aint because this is my half saint pup with great dane) http://s156.photobucket.com/albums/t38/r...

  9. The sister looks exactly like my childhood dog...She was part saint Bernard, border collie and shepherd. Awesome dog!

  10. I thought Doberman or Rottweiler  when I looked at the first pup.

As for why the littermates look different.  You could be dealing with a father who is a shepherdXborder collie but more likely the pups are half sisters not full sisters.  Dogs can and often do mate with multiple males when in heat so having liter mates that are half siblings isn't uncommon.  Another explanation is that mom had some recessive traits from one of the breeds in her background and the pups are showing those traits.

You'd have to get a DNA test done to know for sure

  11. I think you are right about both dogs.  They are both gorgeous!

  12. It is possible that they have different fathers.

If a female in heat gets bred twice by two different dogs, and the first dog that bred to her didn't get all the eggs fertilized, then a second dog could've fertilized the other eggs.

I don't think it happens often, but it does happen.

The first puppy looks like A German Shephard mix.

The second puppy looks like some type of herding dog mix - such as a border collie.

As they get older, it'll be easier to tell.

  13. I think you are probably right on both dogs. And I might add, both are just adorable.

  14. i think shepard lab mix too

  15. the first definitely has a rottweiler  in her with probably a lab in her.

the second looks like a st bernard and border collie.

  16. I see some Large breed Mastiff type in the first one, the second def looks like a BC mix but then again a litter can have more than one father sire it. The first pup has too broad a face and bulk to just be a lab\shep mix. If the mom was a mix and the dad was a mix there can by 4 to 6 different breeds in there. hard to tell
