What should I do to remove them? I can see residue of wax/some kind oil they used in the car wash, some slight scratches, and spots which I tried hard to remove after I got home, but with no avail.

  1. CAR WASHES SUCK. They reuse dirty water over and over, then spray wax over an inferior wash job. Buy  a quality car wash soap and do it yourself. After a thorough wash, wax the car with a cleaner/wax to remove the c**p they applied to your car.

  2. Ouch. I have a black Silverado that shows absolutely every nick and ding. I would buy some wax and a power buffer/waxer and wax the whole car, and then make it a point to stay away from that car wash.

  3. Did you call and complain as soon as you noticed it???

Light Rubbing Compound (Green Top) and an Electric Buffer! Best to get a Good Detailer or Body Shop.

  4. It's more than likely water spots they can be buffed out. Next time I would suggest to wash it yourself the car wash usually recycles their water.

  5. Get some good hand car wax or polish and go after it. With a new car like that...invest in a power buffer...it will save you some elbow grease for more important things.
