Car window chalk or marker...quick question!!?

Question

So, for my husband's birthday, I wrote "Happy Birthday" and stuff on the car's windows...only on the 3 back windows...I used this Crayola window chalk or something like that....the thing is...I live in South Florida, and it's SO humid, plus I did it late tonight...I am really worried about the humidity and dew (if we have it in the morning...) He has a white car and I really don't want it to "melt" off or drip down...has anyone had any experiences with this...am I worrying for nothing? I just want it to be a NICE surprise for him in the morning, rather than an awful, messy, embarrassing one...Please let me know!! Thank you!

white shoe polish in a bottle w/ a dabber top is what you write on a car with. no clue what the crayon will do as I don't know what is in it as each is different.

could stain the glass, pit the glass, run/melt and stain the paint, anything is possible.
