Car wreck and texas title question?

Around 2 months ago i got hit by a tour bus i was ruled as not my fault damaged the car but not that bad . The other driver insurance have "totaled it out " but i still have the clean title and never have signed anything and they have drug there feet the whole time . Now last sun i was rear ended hard enough to really finish the car and send me to the hospital . Again not my fault the girl that rear ended me got the ticket . So How would this work since i havnt settled with the first wreck . I have filed a claim with her insuarnce but they havnt come out to look or even taken a statement ? I am really lost should i cal they first insurance company or just keep fileing ? or should i get a lawyer

Man if you aren't the unluckiest b****** I ever heard of!

In the end, the second company won't have to pay a dime on the car since it was basically "worthless", you took virtually no loss.  They'll have your medical claims.  And pain and suffering.

Hope you went to the doctor after the tour bus accident -- the 2nd ins. co. might try to claim your injuries resulted from the first wreck.

But seriously, there's not a chance in h*** of the 2nd company not finding out about the 1st wreck.  Or of the 1st company not finding out about the 2nd.

So don't mess yourself up by actually "lying" on any "official" forms or in your statements to either insurer.
