HI
I have a filter queen model 700 vacume I perchased quite some time ago and it has worked flawlessly till recently when it stopped coming on when we hit the switch being a welder/fabricater by trade I am quite machanicly inclined so I took it apart and checked power cable with my volt meter and it was fine I then checked the on off switch with my meter and it turned oout to be just fine I then put the meter on the brush conections and the power made it's way to there I then losened the brush assembly and pushed them in a bit and retightened them and away she went so I therefore know it's the brushes the only problem is I can't find a number on the motor or the brushes I saw online brushes for ametek vacuum cleaner motors which look stikingly simular but I can't be sure and I hate to order them and have them arrive the wronge ones could any one assiste me with a part # for the brushes If I even had a # for the motor I could use it to find the brushes.

any help would eliminate any guesse work and be greatly appreciated.
