Card Holders Name...help..?

Question

on amazon it says to type in cardholders name. im just a bit unsure whether you write the Miss part in front also?

also it only says my initials and then my surname..?

SO PLease i would be grateful on any help as to what EXACTLY to write in this small line on amazon!!!

You just write your name as it appears on your credit card. Note that I am assuming you got to this page by clicking on, "Add a credit card".

They usually want the name exactly as it appears on the card, this is one of the verification steps, that they take to help prevent fraud/
