Card shuffle tricky-thingy?

Question

ok you know in the movies about card dealers and they do the shuffle thing where the cards fall from one hand to the other...i dont even know what to CALL the trick....

if you know what it's called or a webpage where i can learn to do it it would be MUCH appreciated!!
