Card trick smoke or fire?

So I was hanging out with my friends and they were like, we have a trick, its called smoke or fire. and I said no, I'm not gonna like this, i can tell. and he was like no, just do it. But then he said I cant guarantee that your not going to hit me for this. so can someone tell me what this card trick is. Please. Next time they come over, i want to be prepared. haha.

i have done some tricks that include burning a tissue, and if some embers fly off, it is better to look for them straight away.

Have an oven mitt taped under the card table just in case
