i need help I have to babysit for my neighbors tommorrow and my house is trashed and so is hers so I have to set up some sort of town sort of thing in my backyard. She is almost four and is very obedient (when she doesnt have to wait long for things) and she is very into babybdolls and being pretty. all I have a kind of small backyard, 45 minutes, 100 good sized boxes, markers, crayons, glue, tape, scissors, ribbon, fabric, cotton balls, rope, string, 15 kinda small wood rectangles, and not a very creative imagination to create my neighbor the best extreme backyard babysitting experience that she has ever had or will ever have please give me some ideas oh, yeah and I am also a very tiny 11 year old girl who has to do this WHOLE thing by herself starting at 10:30 a.m. tommorrow morning

  1. You know what I'm betting? just getting in and out of all those boxes is going to keep her occupied for quite a while...you could, however, make the boxes into 'cars' 'trains' 'houses' and go on different 'trips'...also, just having her draw on the boxes might be great..and she can take a few home with her!!

    sounds like fun good luck

  2. She is four, let her do the creating. I am sure she can come up with many ideas.

You can be there for the cutting and anything she can't do herself but at four, you'd be surprised.

If you let that be her project for the day she would appreciate it more, and it would exhaust her. Then you could have a picnic lunch in the 'picnic area' of the town.
