you can use eurobus which is part of the national express group and youy can get some really good deals, the aprox journey times can vary if you go direct you would normally catch the national express coach from cardiff to london then change onto the eurobus service in london the journey time to london can be upto 5 hours depending on traffic and then the journey time from london to paris via the channel crossing can take upto 14 hours if you travel on a late service and again that depends on travel conditions and what other stops the service has to make on the way my advice would be check on the national express website or go to their office at cardiff coach station and they should be able to help you and book your tickets and give you all the info you need
