Hello all
I am a male,5'7 tall,140 pounds and 29 years old,healthy but not fit.
I have decided to start some workouts.But my problem is,I want both weight training and cardio.I can dedicate 40 minutes per day for all 7 days.If I did cardio for 4 days,I could do my weight training only for 3 days!. IS THAT ENOUGH??
(I really don't desire big muscles but a good symmetric body with well defined muscles.And I have a small tummy)
Please tell me whether 3 days is okay for my weight training and likewise for cardio(is 4 days enough)
