Question:

Cardio,weight doubt???

Hello all

I am a male,5'7 tall,140 pounds and 29 years old,healthy but not fit.

I have decided to start some workouts.But my problem is,I want both weight training and cardio.I can dedicate 40 minutes per day for all 7 days.If I did cardio for 4 days,I could do my weight training only for 3 days!. IS THAT ENOUGH??

(I really don't desire big muscles but a good symmetric body with well defined muscles.And I have a small tummy)

Please tell me whether 3 days is okay for my weight training and likewise for cardio(is 4 days enough)

  1. thats perfect i do that all the time.. thats my workout schedule and you will be toned in no time. also cardio is really good to loose fat.

    you should really give your self one day of rest though! your gonna be really sore at the end of the 1st day if you havent really been working out alot. so start out slow then work your way up!
