Question:

Cardio Music for Any Age?

I'm putting a CD together for a Cardio class that a friend of mine teaches. We'd like some upbeat music that's fairly current. I typically use hip-hop in my classes, but I teach dance to early teens.

This class has everyone from age 9 to 40, so hip-hop probably wouldn't be the greatest option.

Can you think of anything that wouldn't be too lame for the younger participants but not offensive to the older ones??

One song I've already used is Disturbia by Rihanna, just as an example of the tempo/feel we're going for.

Thanks!!
