I notice that when I go to the gym early in da mornings there's already some peeps there.I like to go early in da mornings to work on my cardio only. I just dont want don't to go on an empty stomach in case my body can't handle this N end up passing out or something like this.How can I handle this physically?I don't want to have a meal in da mornings, I usually go N have a 1/2 of an hour dump after I have B fast...hehe!
