Cardio in da mornings...?

I notice that when I go to the gym early in da mornings there's already some peeps there.

I like to go early in da mornings to work on my cardio only. I just dont want don't to go on an empty stomach in case my body can't handle this N end up passing out or something like this.

How can I handle this physically?

I don't want to have a meal in da mornings, I usually go N have a 1/2 of an hour dump after I have B fast...hehe!

  1. just eat something small such as an apple or banana. fruit is great because it is not to heavy but it will prevent you from passing out, after your workout make should you eat both carbs and protein to repair your muscles


  2. A cup of black coffee and a protein drink should do the trick.  When done with your morning workout have a good decent breakfast.
