Question:

Cardio workout without weight loss?

I'm really thin and can't lose anymore weight but i need to workout and get my heart pumping in the morning or else i would just feel sluggish all day.

What shud i do?

  1. You can eat breakfast foods high in fiber so you won't feel sluggish all day. Drink some herbal or green tea. Eat some nuts and trail mix for a snack. It gets you pumped.

    By the way, ignore the people who keep posting those 'if you want to lose weight...' messages because they're just bots. Take care!  


  2. Try doing some strength training exercises (eg weights) in the morning instead. Ones involving your legs in particular really get the heart pumping.

    There are plenty that get the heart pumping and they can also add a bit of weight onto your frame by building healthy muscle. You need to do some hardcore heavy weights to really bulk up so no need to worry about that happening.
