Care for a majesty palm?

i bought a majesty palm how do i care for it? what type of light does it like? what about plant food?

They like medium light..(min direct sunlight).water when beginning to dry out, (about a week or so) water good when you do water.Most of these palms die from over watering so make sure soil is drying out before watering.A good water soluble fertilizer is with minor elements is fine.( Feed about once a month) These palms are shade grown as houseplants when in fact they are outdoor palms.Normally they would like the sun but coming from a shady environment they will need to adapt to sunny location slowly.cut the old palm leaves off as they die off.. cut up close to the trunk.
