Care work in Malaga Spain?

I am a South African who would like to move to Spain in 2008.I am a carer and have been caring in the UK for the past year .

Does anyone know of any good Caring agencies and would anyone please giv eme advise on how to get a job as a carer in Malaga

  1. There aren´t many residential or nursing homes in Spain. I´m from Málaga and I know of only one and that´s a private home for expats. The Spanish look after the own old folk. They wouldn´t dream of putting anyone in a home which is common place in other countries.

    If you were British you could come to Spain to work quite easily as the UK is in the EU, but if you are South African then it will be more difficult. Spain is a great country to live and work. In the UK many carers aren´t paid too well, but they would get even less here. You would find the cost of living less but the wages reflect that.
