I'm career searching and am in the process of narrowing down my options. I am looking for any suggestions anyone has to offer about possible career choices. Here are my top 5 assets /strengths:

1. I LOVE to talk

2. I can be very outgoing and sociable

3. I'm very meticulous and detail-oriented

4. I have a big heart and like to enhance/enrich people's lives.

5. I work well with others as well as alone.

You have some good qualities. Keep searching you will find something.

Physician, nurse or physiotherapy type jobs use all of those qualities and were the first to spring to mind.
