  1. Well, of course, make sure you keep your grades up.

This site has an overview of project managers in general, not just at SCEA.

    http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos258.htm

The average pay seemed to be around $100,000 which is really good.

Then, when you head to college, it sounds like you'll want to go to a school that offers good MIS, CIS, or CSE degrees.

MIS and CIS stand for management information systems, and computer information systems.   They are more of management, overview, support type roles.   The difference is that MIS usually is through a business school and focus more on business than technical matters.

CSE is computer science and engineering, and is purely technical.   So, if you want to do more programming, network, or hardware roles, this is more up your alley, probably.

Since you're only in 10th grade, you have PLENTY of time.  So, you can email a Sony Representative and ask what they look for in their employees.

My guess is that they'll want you to gain some basic knowledge in as many areas as you can.    If you have a  programming class in your school, go ahead and take that.

I myself, and majoring in MIS, so I'm going through the business school, and my classes aren't as technical.  However, I'm learning more about programming and databases through my internship and looking at stuff online.  (I chose MIS over CIS because apparently it's better to have some background in business).

Alright, I hoped that helped some.
