Career Help! Whats important passion or money?

Question

Say if u wanted to be an teacher, but u know they dont make much. But its your passion/ dream. you love kids and you love teaching! will u still try to be one? or pursue another career?

Passion is the best thing! Pursue something that you enjoy. It will be less stressful to you and you'll love your job. Your boss will keep you if he/she realizes how much you enjoy yourself and you really put forth the effort. If you pursue a career that makes a lot of money but you are not passionate about it, then you will become stressful and bored. Your boss will notice that also. Hope this helps with your career choosing!

Personally i find money a real essential.

Although i know i am shallow i don't care.

Liking your job is obviously an essential though!

Why not try to be a Preffesser a teacher for youngers but you can also teach older ages in a specific subject.

You get paide alot more for this but you can do night classes as well as being a normal teacher.

Tax is high and it is very tiering, but you will be paid alot win win?

What's more important is passion.  But if you can live comfortable on the lousy salary teachers are paid you go for it.  If not you find a job in which you are happy with the pay and do something else to work with children.  Foster parent, tutor, substitute teacher etc.

It can back fire as I love working with animals.  Left a well paying job to follow my passion.  Got a job at the Kansas City Zoo.  Hated it my boss was a ***** and the working conditions sucked.  I am back working for the government.

i would do what i love to do because even if i don't make much money am never going to get bored of it, am always going to enjoy it and if i look for a career that makes more money but i have no passion for,   i might  end up  regret it later on ^_^
