Career for person in Office Systems Technology with an associates?

Can someone list for me all of the jobs i could get if i had an assosiates in Office Systems Technology? And could someone tell me what you do with each job? And which is the best? Also.. does it have anything to do with Information Systems/Technology? I know its alot to ask for, but It would be so helpful! Thank you!!

  1. Any clerical position like receptionist, file clerk, secretary, or administrative assistant (if you have previous work experience). Office systems technology is operation of typical office software...spreadsheets, word processors, etc. It has nothing to do with Information Systems/Technology which require at least a BS degree to get your foot in the door. An IS/IT is a career for "computer geeks".


  2. For general career info:  http://www.bls.gov/oco and can search 'administrative office managers' (though may need bachelor's degree in larger office), 'secretaries and administrative assistants' or such.  

    Please steer clear of those private $$ career schools and instead opt for the community college.
