Career information that combine Psychology & Law?

I’m really interested in learning about the possible careers that involve both mental health and law enforcement. I want to be a therapist, but I’m also very interested in law.

In not sure if I should specialize in psychology or law?

Can't you do both? Do you want to be a therapist or a clinical psychologist? I'm not really sure what a therapist is but to council law enforcement officers I'm pretty sure you would need to have a doctrate in clinical psychology or be a psychiatrist. I would advise choosing psychology or maybe medicine over law . Alternatively you might be interested in forensic psychology, and work with the police doing things like criminal profiling.

you should google criminal profiling... it is the perfect combination of the 2 or you can just be a therapist to inmates or work as an interrogator trying to manipulate the truth out of criminals
