  1. I think if you want to do modelling etc, you should go for it. But as looks are fading, and breaking into the acting/ singing profession can be difficult, it is good to have a back up, so try the law thing/ going to uni too.

If you did decide to do, for example acting, and went to stage school I am sure they would give you careers advice also.

A levels, do subjects that interest you.

To become a barrister/ get into law I imagine you would need 3As.

  2. Maybe you should look at something more achievable!

MOST actors and actresses' spend more time on the dole thank working unless they are one of the very few successful ones. We frequently see a guy signing on at our local dole office who was nationally known in a TV Cops series a few years back.

Singer - much the same really there are thousands and thousands of people with good Choral voices (I have a more than fair tenor voice and sing in local operatic society productions) but only the very very good or the very very lucky make a living from their voices!

Model - same story. there are hundreds of thousands of very (not just quite) pretty girls in the country but the numbers who will ever make a regular living - and i emphasise regular living -  from modelling are miniscule all told.

Barrister - well, for a start you need to be in around the top 5 percentum of the population Brain wise and as you have yet to even take your GCSE's you are trying to run before you can walk!

I presume that you have one of those careers masters who tell you that you can do ANYTHING you want to do if you try hard enough - ignoring the fact that the person who is always 25th in a class of 30 is NEVER going to be a Brain Surgeon no matter how hard they try.

  3. Actress's/singing do a drama course at college after you leave? because drama courses have that all in them, acting, singing, and dancing. Phone or pop into your local colleges and ask to speak to a the person in charge of drama department he/she will be able to help you.

Modelling - Get a portfolio of good pictures and different pictures of you done up and send them to modelling agencies and see if any of them contact you. But get  a professional photography not just normal photos.

Barrister - You should take GCSE'S such as history, english, IT and maths.
