I want to be a doctor but my GCSES went that good. I am doing 3 sciences to A-level and' would prefer to concentrate on doing getting As. In my GCSE's I got 2 A's (double science), 4 B's (maths, geography, R.S, Italian) and 4 c's (English lang and lit, French and child d. What do i do? I know if you do a degree in a science subject and get a 2:1 i could do medicine which will give me more time to resit GCSEs. I've been considering nursing so if you could give me the pros and cons of nursing it will be much appreciative. Help please

  1. Find a sponsor.  A sponsor is a social person that does what you want to be able to do in life.  You may have to help this sponsor do something in exchange for their "pull" or they may like you instantly and help you out.  Life's privileges are really about sponsors, not about grade point averages.  In order to get a sponsor, you have to learn what that sponsor is about, what they affiliate themselves with and then you do that too and make friends, share your goals and you get in.  Pretty simple, right?

See most of us get taught that we don't qualify because of our grade point averages, but socializing is the number one way to get what you want.  Many leaders just barely made it through school, never getting an A in anything!

You may be a genius, but if you can't communicate with average affluent people, you just get crucified by society, because you are below average at communication skills.  Remember that.

  2. You should consider pharmaceutical sales.  Your science background will serve as a good foundation for the product knowledge you will need to answer doctor's quesitons about the line of products you sell.
