what are the careers a young lady can have that involve working in the hospital? i know i want to work in a hospital after i graduate. so what are all the things a woman can do in a hospital? besides being a nurse. i know nursing is what half of you are going to say but i feel there are many MORE things a woman can do in a hospital besides being a nurse. i mean, nurses are stereotyped, but dont get me wrong they are GREAT at what they do and we need nurses but all my friends want to be RNs and i wanna be something that just stands out you know? something that makes ALOT of money but also that takes love and kindness. i am a very, VERY kind person so thats how i know im destined to work in a hospital! any suggestions? THey are GREATLY appreciated!

  1. You should go to some of the area hospitals and do some volunteer work.  Get to the people there and ask about the various job positions.  Otherwise, get some career counseling.

  2. You can apply for admin or a typical office, record management, etc job,  since you don't have any functional skills related to the hospital/medical industry.

  3. being an assistance

  4. are you interested in going to school? If you want to go to college then go and be a dietitian or a physical therapist, you can also be a sonogram technician, I dont know why you say nurses are stereotyped, stereotyped for what? Being smart and making a ton of money? If you are looking to make more than nurses or being more important than a nurse, you are going to have a hard time once you start working and see that the nurses are the most important part of a hospital.

You could also be a speech therapist.
