Carelees Driving offense Must Read!!!!?

Question

An officer appeared in the middle of my lane to issue me a ticket and because I missed the pull over parking area slapped me with a Careless driving offense, $200 and 3 demerits.

If i were careless i wouldnt of missed him. Surely hes the fricken careless one!

Is this Fricken Legal, if so what a waste of court time and taxpayers money

Go to court, tell your side of the story. The police hardly ever show up and the case gets thrown out!

Show up in court and fight it most likely the careless driving offense will get dropped.

He stopped you for the careless driving because he observed you do or not do something  properly. Did you ask the officer what the ticket for specifically for? Does it say so on the ticket? Why get mad at the cop? What about your responsibility?  You missed the pullover parking. HELLO....you failed to pay Attention!

A cop can place anyone and issue a ticket to anyone for any reason. If you feel that you were wrongly put under arrest or ticketed you can always fight it in court.
