Careless Driving Orlando Florida

This moving violation is very loosely defined at the following link: http://www.leg.state.fl.us/statutes/index.cfm?mode=View Statutes&SubMenu=1&App_mode=Display_Stat...

Now, I know have several options, I can pay the $120.50 fine.

Or, I can go to traffic school and pay $109.50.

Or, I can fight the ticket in court, which is the option I'm thinking of going with.

Where my question arises is on the next link: http://myorangeclerk.com/traffic/ticket-options.shtml

Here, it states that if I'm to plead not guilty, it mentions a Civil Bond of $100. What is that for? Will I get it back? Also, if anyone in Orange County, or Orlando can offer me some advice, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Also, here's a tip from me, stay away from a guy named Bonetti, badge number 3802. He's rude, and cross, and refuses to answer any questions, but is more than willing to waste your and his time, fiddling with his reading glasses.

  1. You will get it back if you show up at court and win your case. if you don't, you will not get it back and owe more money.

good luck with your careless driving ticket!
