1: Ballymac Orchard
2: Highview Jake
3: Ballintotty
4: Caribbean Gem
5: Rock It Elite
6: Gotoon Picasso
In this preview, we analyse each of the runners individually to make some reliable forecasts about the results of the race.
Ballymac Orchard
Trained by G Ballentine, the black and white b***h possesses an outstanding track record. Since her debut in September, 2011, the novice hound has won six races so far. Her last victory came on January 14 by a slight margin of ¾ of a length followed
by three defeats in a row.
The daughter of Premier Fantasy, out of Ballymac Okee is capable of delivering enough fighting spirit tonight. However, the last three failures might have dented her confidence to some extent. As far as today’s competition is concerned, the b***h has
75 percent chances to make an upset.
Highview Jake
The black dog boosted up his morale by winning a couple of races on December 26, 2011 and January 13, 2012. After that, he was supposed bag further victories, but the trainee of P Sallis could not do so, losing three races on the trot.
The son of Hondo Black, out of Highway Classic has been a consistent performer and winner since the very beginning of his career. He registered five triumphs in a row during July-August 2010. The dog is likely to pack a mean punch tonight, having 80
percent of a chance to thrive.
Ballintotty
Since accomplishing a marvellous hat-trick during November-December, 2011, the A Jenkins-trained dog has been doing well. In his penultimate race on January 28, he finished first by 4 ¾ lengths. His overall career record speaks volume of his ability.
The son of Brett Lee, out of Coolavanny Kate has 85 percent chances to notch up the top spot tonight.
Caribbean Gem
After winning a couple of races in January 2012, the trainee of B Hall struck again on February 6, and bagged an amazing victory by 1 ½ lengths. These recent triumphs have perked up his confidence a lot. His past records are also excellent. The son
of Hades Rocket, out of Silky Princess is likely to thrive today. He has 90 percent chances to finish first.
Rock It Elite
Since November 2011, the black dog has been in good form, winning three out of his 13 starts. However, the veteran runner’s last three consecutive failures mitigate his chances to some extent. As a whole, the trainee of P Sallis has three hat-tricks
to his credit. His career is marked with consistency. In today’s race, his chances to win are not more than 60 percent.
Gotoon Picasso
The novice hound will be running for his hat-trick, when he takes on his experienced opponents tonight. The white and fawn dog has won 6 races since his debut in April, 2011. The trainee of S Deakin won his last two races in a row, each with a narrow
win of half a length. Thus, he seems to be in great form, having 90 percent chances to clinch the top position.
Conclusion
The above analysis depict that Caribbean Gem and Gotoon Picasso are going to be in a tug of war tonight for the top rank. Though the two vary a lot in terms of experience, but their racing skills match to a great extent. Apart from the duo, Ballintotty,
and Highview Jake will also fight for victory. Thus, it is going to be a rip-roaring clash at Hall Green.
