  1. St.Lucia is a fantastic place- you can go on the actual Pirates of the Carribean ship!!

  2. Trinidad is the best for beaches in my opinion

  3. St.Lucia....hmmm..blue sky, white sandy beaches and the one you love.

  4. the dominican republic is beautiful

and quite cheap compared to most other places in the caribbean.

    Riu Mambo especially.

  5. Barbados would be fun... nice, clean beaches, lots of water sports, or just chill and plenty to do,,my favorite was the island safari and visiting Harrisin Cave.  It easy to get around, public transportation is $1.50 not sure about the taxis.  The South Coast is really nice place to stay and if you can get one of the hotels in St Lawrnce gap its a plus its filled with bars, restaurants, clubs.  Its pretty nice and clean.

  6. l take great offence to Tracie F pointing out Trinidad and Tobago as being a place to stay away from if you don't want to be harassed by locals....PLEASE!!!

Trinidad and Tobago is a twin island Republic whose main exports are OIL, NATURAL GAS, ASPHALT, COCOA etc. Trinidad does not depend heavily on tourism but there are world class hotels here e.g, Marriott Courtyard, Hilton, Crown Plaza, Hyatt. Trinidad is a major player in Business and lnvestment in the Caribbean. There is a lot to experience here and all are welcome.By the way, although we have money due to our oil exports, we don't "show off" since we are always ready to assist our neighboring islands who are not as blessed as we are and we have a saying "all ah we is one family".

Tobago on the other hand is the beauty of Trinidad and Tobago. Tobago has won many awards for Eco-tourism and is the choice for stars like Harrison Ford and many Germans and Europeans who want to leave their big city homes and live on a slice of Paradise on earth. If you visit Tobago during the Easter period, l guarantee that you would have a grand time. There is the Buccoo goat and crab race, many harvests and if you're not into that you can take a trip on a glass bottom boat and visit the Buccoo Reef and snorkel/swim in the Nylon pool. The taste of the island especially the curried crabs in coconut milk served with dumplins are delicious and you can also help the fishermen pull in their seine and this will get you a few fish that they will gladly clean and cook for you by the seaside. lf you do visit, l hope you will both come again.

  7. Book a Trinidad vacation to Trinidad and

Tobago, it's cheaper that way, Hotel and

air fare is included. You'll like Maracas

beach on the North coast of the island, in

Port of Spain, during the week, there's not

much people there.  Don't go to beaches

anywhere too desolate in any country.  Not

safe! travel with a tour guide in the Caribbean.

    Another good place is Hawaii.

  8. If you want a hotel based holiday with beautiful beaches and cheap try Jamacia. For romance, bounty advert beaches and some seclusion try St Lucia. If you can hire a car do Barbados, on the east coast you WILL find beaches that you will have to yourelf, then the expensive west coast for luxury and celeb spotting and st lawrence gap in the south for the best nightlife. Antigua has good nightlife excellent beaches and lots of small secluded beaches where you can hide away for a whole day if you want to. The peolpe here are great and there always plenty to do both day and night. If you want a nice couple holiday without getting too harassed by the locals then stay away fron trinidad, tobago, dominican republic and grenada. the safest place ive been to in the carribean is Bahamas, though it is expensive, the beaches, food, people and weather make up for it. If you are both into boats and water sports then this is the place to go. Ive travelled quite a bit and been to the carribean loads of times so if theres anything else that you need to know, email me i will be glad to help.
