  4. All-all-all of them???? Well the Bahamas (if you're going to count them have 700 islands alone.   The Turks and Caicos have about 40....  Anguilla has a group of islands too.  I hope-hope-hope you're talking about main groups of islands and not every piece of rock, vegetation, and sand above sea level because this list would grow into the 1000s easily...
