  1. No, not if you're just going to stay at a resort or go on a cruise.  You might if you're going to be trekking through the jungle or working at a refuge camp.

  2. Hep A + Hep B aren't bad to get anyways... Everyone should have shots against those because you could even get Hep A. or Hep. B eating at an unclean restaurant anywhere...

The main source would be like if an infected cook didn't wash their hands before preparing the food. Get the vaccines anyways.

  3. I reccommend to any international traveler to take it.

check this link below for more info about any island or country in specific.

    Good luck!!

  4. Ive been to Mexico, Cuba, Dominican and Jamaica multiple times and I dont think I would feel safe without the shots. The All Inclusive resorts do their best to make sure everything is sanitary and safe. Honestly though its nothing like in North America where you dont really have to worry about your food being contaminated.

I have the twinrix vacinnation which combines both Hepatitis A and B. Ive never had a problem with the food and I feel safe having it. Just think of the commerical with the ice cube in the tropical drinks. You just never know:) Better to be safe than sorry!
