Carious to know?

I had an utra sounds done at 6 weeks to see where i was @ i wasnt sure.it was just a bunch of cells well im now 12 weeks.i was wondering would it have been seen by the doctor or not that i could be prego with twins?im carious to know cuz people r saying i look bigger in my tummy for 12 weeks and twins run hgih in my family.could the doctor have been able to tell that soon thanks!

well id think at 6weeks they would see 2 sacs, or 1 sac with 2 embryos. but it is possible for the baby to 'hide' behind the other. at your next scan, ask about it.

They could be able to tell now.  I did not find out I was having twins until I was 16 weeks.
