The Italian tactician feels that PSG are in good position ahead of the games against Valenciennes and Olympique Lyonnais in the Ligue 1 and is upbeat about Les Parisiens’ chances in those fixtures

Following some poor performances in the league, Paris Saint-Germain have returned to their best ahead of the game against Valenciennes in the Ligue 1. And coach, Carlo Ancelotti is eying maximum points in that game in order to keep the momentum going.
While talking to reporters, the 53-year-old stated that PSG are in good shape ahead of some tricky fixtures and the midweek game against VA holds significant importance. Winning the game against Les Atheniens will put his side in good position for their
next match against league leaders, Olympique Lyonnais.
"The team is ready for these two matches.”
Talking about Paris Saint-Germain’s poor performances in the month of November, Ancelotti said that the players reacted to that and the wins against Porto and Evian show that the Ile giants are back on track and there is a positive atmosphere in the dressing
room at the moment.
“We showed a good reaction following our defeat at Nice with back-to-back home wins against Porto and Evian. The signals are positive right now.”
However, the boss is taking nothing for granted and is expecting a stern test from Valenciennes, and has urged his players to play with confidence to get a positive result.
“It'll certainly be difficult against Valenciennes and Lyon, but we're in good shape right now," said Ancelotti.
Talking about Les Atheniens, the PSG boss said that VA are a very competitive team and scoring against them would be tough. Ancelotti added that he is not thinking about the game against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Olympique-Lyonnais-c40130 at the weekend and his sole concern in the upcoming
Valenciennes game.
"Valenciennes are a very competitive team, very dangerous at home, and they don't concede many goals. We have to be 100% focussed on this game, and not be thinking about the Lyon match at the end of the week."
