The former Diavolo boss reiterated his stance of not being in the market for the Internazionale striker, stating that he had other priorities at Paris Saint-Germain.
There have been widespread rumours of key players shifting their loyalties to the Parisian outfit given their new wealthy owners.
When quizzed over the signing of the Italian international, Ancelotti was quick to distance himself from a move for the attacker, and suggested that they already possessed a player with similar qualities
in the form of Hoarau. He further commented on his contentment with his work ethic, stating:
"Pazzini? No, we do not need him. We already have http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Guillaume-Hoarau-c15332, who is very similar to Pazzini. I am very happy with Hoarau's work, I trust him."
The 52-year-old joined Parc des Princes outfit in December 2011, and he has received great backing from the owners of the club. It has been touted that Ancelotti will be given a transfer budget of 100 million
Euros to make the French outfit title winners in Europe and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899.
When the Italian was questioned on his investment plans for the Parisian club, he maintained that there would not be a complete overhauling of the club. While talking on the subject, he mentioned that his
plans will be laid out over the course of the five years. He further commented:
"The club are ready to invest and I am happy about this. But we already have a very balanced group and we will not spend this sum right now, but within the next five years. We are competitive already and
I do not think there is a reason to change the group too much."
The French club have been doing well in the Ligue 1, and they will be hoping to bolster their squad with the attraction of Champions League football next season.
Many players have stated their eagerness to be part of the Paris project, with Philippe Mexes claiming that he would be interested in a move to the capital side. The AC Milan defender also stated that Zlatan
Ibrahimovic has shown his interest in the new project led by Ancelotti.
