Carlo Ancelotti hoping momentum can help http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 beat Manchester United
Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti is hoping that momentum will be on his team's side, when they meet Manchester United this coming weekend in the English Premier League. The Blues have been picking up wins left, right and centre and are hoping that, those
wins along with the fact that United just lost to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-Maseru-c38430, can help the team close the gap on United and be in poll position to retaining the English Premier League crown.
At the moment, Chelsea and United are separated by just three points, which means that a win for Chelsea would see the teams go level on points. With just three games left in the season, it would be close to impossible for United to bounce back, meaning
that the Blues could be English Champions once again, despite looking to be nowhere near the top-spot for the most part of the season.
Despite that fact, both the teams are going to be under tremendous pressure going into the game, since they would know that even a small slip up could hand their opponents the title of being English Champions.
When talking about the upcoming game, Ancelotti is reported to have said, "You need to use character and personality to play this match. Both teams have that, but it is the momentum."

The manager then went on to add, "It is the best moment to play there because now our condition is good and the momentum is also. But obviously it will not be easy to play there. I don't think we are better [than United]. I think we have the same power, the
same strength, the same ability."
It seems like Chelsea used some sort of a cheat-code to get to the position that they are in at the moment. This is because the team managed to win only five games out of sixteen that were played between November and February, which saw Chelsea be ruled
out of the title race for good.
However almost everyone, including Ancelotti is a little surprised by the situation that his team are in at the moment and the manager went on to state, "Football is strange, If it happens, it will be really strange."
It would be hard to disagree with Ancelotti’s comments, as Chelsea have probably managed to pull off one of the most dramatic come-backs of all time. Amidst countless rumours that Ancelotti was going to be sacked and that the Blues were done for, they seem
to be on the right track once again, which can mean two things; firstly, this is going to confirm Ancelotti’s stay at the club for at least one more season and secondly, it is going to help a lot of players keep their jobs at the club.
