Newly-appointed Paris Saint-Germain coach, Carlo Ancelotti does not only want to revolutionise the tactics of Paris Saint-Germain. The Italian tactician is now looking to change the habits of his players and the atmosphere at the Camp des Loges.
Since the opening of the winter transfer window, Paris Saint-Germain are yet to sign a new player. However, new coach Carlo Ancelotti has already started working on bringing new player at the club. However, before that, Ancelotti is now looking to shake
up things at the club.
According to Le Parisien, Ancelotti is considering changing things at the training centre, Camp Des Loges. Several things will be changed at the training complex in order to accommodate new people and bring players closer to eachother.
The second step will see Ancelotti organising a combined breakfast and lunch between players and staff in a bid to strengthen the bond between all members of PSG.
Creating a family-like atmosphere is something Carlo Ancelotti has already demonstrated during his time at AC Milan and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899 as well.
Already, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Paul-c29347 Clement, who had been involved in English football for 39 years has joined Ancelotti’s coaching staff.
Ancelotti has also prescribed the use of GPS for each player in training. This tool has been used by many English clubs and will help the Italian to know more about the habits of his players.
Ancelotti is also making Camp des Loges look more and more like the Milan Lab and is now looking to put in more money at the training centre in order to make it the equal of Milan’s training centre.
Within a week of his appointment, Ancelotti has already started stamping his authority at the club both on and off the field. With the arrival of Ancelotti, the club is now ready to bring in big names at the Parc des Princes which was probably not possible
had former coach Antoine Kombouare had remained at the dugout.
For every club to become a top European club, a good training centre with high-tech infrastructure is very important and Ancelotti is now looking to make the training centre one of the best in Europe before bringing in big players.
