Carlo Ancelotti not under pressure: Sir Alex Ferguson
Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has insisted that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786’s Italian boss Carlo Ancelotti is under no pressure.
He also stated that the match between the two sides could be a defining moment for league results.
In a press conference, Ferguson praised his compatriot saying, “We're reading all this about him being under pressure since Ray Wilkins has left, but I don't see that myself.
He will have his own single minded determination to prove himself. He is a winner. He was a great footballer with Milan and won the European Cup twice with them. He has done fantastic and I just think the show will go on.”
The Blues started this season splendidly but poor results in recent games have dropped them from the top of the league to the 4th position.
Chelsea are currently in one of their worst league runs in which they have won just one of their last seven games.
Their last win in the league came over a month ago at Stamford Bridge against Fulham where the home side won 1-0.
Meanwhile, Ancelotti has insisted that his team is back on track after a fighting performance against the in-form Tottenham.
Chelsea were able to grab 1 point from the match at White Hart Lane, after a 1-1 draw.
