Paris Saint-Germain have made their coach proud following their revival of good form in the Ligue 1. The Italian feels that the team has shown real character, as well as responding well to his call for better performances
Ancelotti applauded Paris Saint-Germain for their impressive performances lately, including the recent win against Stade Brestois 29. The coach believes that the Ligue 1 outfit has been amazing in their last few games, as they managed to silence their critics
with positive results.
Ancelotti feels that there couldn’t have been a better end to the year for the Paris-based club, who seem to be right on track for their objectives this season.

“The important thing was the reaction. It was good, the players deserve praise. They played like a team that wants to do good things that wanted to finish the year well.”
Ancelotti went on to state the importance of the last month, as the French outfit had some crucial fixtures lined-up for them. Moreover, Les Parisiens have finally been able to retain their spot at the top of the Ligue 1 table much to the coach’s delight,
proving them to be strong contenders for the title.
The Italian tactician feels optimistic regarding the future, and believes that 2013 would turn out to be a good year for the Paris-based club. He said:
“What we've shown over the last month is important for next year. If we continue with the same level of performance, it'll be a very good 2013.”
