Following some below par performance in Ligue 1 in recent weeks, the oil-money-fuelled club from Paris has faced a huge amount of criticism and the reports of unrest in the camp has emerged recently.
However, coach, Carlo Ancelotti has discarded such news and has stressed that there is no problem in the Parisiens dressing room and what the papers are suggesting is not true at all. The coach said that if Brazilian players prefer talking to players who
can speak the same language, it is not a big deal and it doesn’t mean that these players do not talk to other players at all.
“What I read in the papers is not true. It is perfectly that the Brazilian players should speak with each other, it is easier for them.”
The former Milan manager said that his players have a great relation on the pitch and there is no particular problem in PSG dressing room. With so many players joining the Paris revolution this season, more time is required to make things perfect and the
boss is hoping that the Ile giants will soon become one of the best teams in Europe.
“The important thing is the relationship all the players have on the pitch and tonight we saw that it was not bad. There is no particular problem in the PSG dressing room. When you have to build a team with lots of new players, you need time."
Talking about Paris Saint-Germain’s chances in the knockout stages of the Champions League, the 53-year-old said that PSG have done really well to be here and they need is to continue the good work in order to get positive results in the future.
“The draw will be difficult but we are entitled to think that obtaining the first place and getting 15 points is a really good performance.”
