The Paris Saint-Germain coach is a relieved man in Paris, after his side registered their first win of the 2012/2013 Ligue 1 campaign
Les Parisiens managed to beat LOSC Lille 2-1 at Grand Stade Lille Metropole on Sunday, thanks to a brilliant brace by none other than http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Zlatan-Ibrahimovic-c38029.
The Parisiens drew their opening three games of the seasons against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Lorient-c39153, Ajaccio and Bordeaux. And the win has been welcomed by Carlo Ancelotti, who was under a lot of pressure following some below par performance from his side in the opening stages
of the season.
While talking to reporters after his side’s victory against LOSC, the 53-year-old praised his players for their performance in the game.
The witty tactician stated that PSG played pretty well and they got the positive result in the end. Les Dogues played attacking football and they made life difficult for his side to play free flowing football.
"It was a good display. Tonight was a very difficult game and Lille made life difficult for us.”
Despite only winning one match so far, the capital club is still unbeaten in the league, and Carlo Ancelotti wants to continue that as long as possible.
The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 manager added that the game against Lille was different from their previous encounters this season. Teams like Bordeaux and Ajaccio played very defensive game, but Les Dogues played some attacking football and it was a game to watch.
“Against Bordeaux, last week, we were up against an ultra-defensive side, but tonight it was a more open match of football and it was a great game to watch,” the coach of the cash-laden club told reporters.
After winning the first match of the season, Carlo Ancelotti wants to build on from here. The coach feels that there are a lot of areas which need rapid improvement and he is looking forward to address those problems.
“We will keep on working hard and I think this win is very promising for the future. There is still room for improvement that requires attention. We played like a team tonight and that is a pleasing factor"
