Tevez says that he never wanted to get into an argument with Roberto Mancini who swore at him and treated him in an unprofessional way during Manchester City’s UEFA Champions’ League group stage match against Bayern Munich...
Tevez has come out and shed some light on his ongoing tussle with Manchester City and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904 when the whole issue resulted in Tevez
being fined and expelled from the Manchester City squad.
Losing their UEFA Champions’ League group stage match against Bayern Munich by two goals to nil, Roberto Mancini took off Edin Dzeko and replaced him with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Nigel-de-Jong-c27882, a decision which was defensive in nature and caused Tevez
to take a break from his warm-up routine and sit back down on the bench.
However, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 interpreted it differently as when asked to go back to warming up, the former Manchester United target-man refused to obey his manager’s orders and incurred his wrath accordingly. Tevez sought to move away from
Manchester City in the January transfer window but despite holding extensive negotiations with the likes of PSG, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749.
Tevez said in his latest interview, "I was kind of in a bad mood, and when [Roberto Mancini] brings on [Nigel] de Jong and takes of [Edin] Dzeko and we're losing 2-0, I thought it was a defensive substitution so I decided to sit
back on the bench. So I'd already warmed up for 10 minutes and he has this attitude that he wants to lose 2-0 instead of 4-0. So I sat down and at the same time Dzeko comes off and is really angry and has a go at Mancini.”
He added that Dzeko and Mancini swore at each other in their native languages but then Mancini started having a go at Tevez as well as he was sitting on the bench rather than warming up. The Argentinean striker also revealed that
Mancini treated him like a dog and thus he refused to warm up for the Italian tactician.
