Carls Jr. Complaint! Do You Agree?! Please Read This! Don't Ignore!?

9 out of 9 times that I've been to Carls Jr. they have given me the wrong order....they give me the right burger but sometimes the wrong size...the wrong fries....no receipt.......the people just ignore you when you order....has this happened to anybody else?

  1. You need to speak with the Manager. Obviously there is a problem. It might be that your particular location is a "training restaurant" where all the newbies start. Even the "good" places make mistakes sometimes, so ALWAYS check your order before leaving.


  2. I've never had problems with Carl's Jr. Maybe the one you visited is staffed by morons.

  3. I happen to like Hardees.

    My order is usually accurate with Hardees.

  4. No, avoid the drive thru. If they are speaking Spanish report it to the US Gov't. Probably illegal immigrants not knowing American English and probably not more than a 1st grade education on food.

    Or the kids behind the counter are shortchanging you on food so they have food to take home to eat.

  5. I usually have this problem at Kentucky Fried Chicken - there are so many options to go through that usually they get something wrong at first, but eventually I go home with what I want.

  6. It's really frustrating and annoying if it's happened more than once. You should make a complaint.

  7. This became a regular occurrence in my experience. No other fast food had made this mistake as often as Carls, so after having tried complaining and nothing being done, I quit eating there! It's been nearly 2 years.

    About a year later Taco bell started having the same problem...frequently! So, I don't eat there anymore either.

    If they continue to ignore the problem and enough people just stop eating there, maybe they'll get the point!

  9. Yes, I went to Carl's Jr. and got a HUGE mess up with my order. He must of been deaf not to get my order right. I think u should make a complaint. >:)
