Carly Booth now focuses on ISPS Handa Ladies British Masters
Carly Booth is back on the golf scene and this time, she is looking forward to the ISPS Handa Ladies British Masters.
The golf sensation from Scotland is looking forward to add another feather to her cap by winning the Ladies British Masters. She has already won two LET titles so far and a third trophy will be a major boost to her pro career.
Carly Booth is fresh off the Ladies Irish Open, where she played an amazing game. She scored 216 points and shared the seventh place with the English golfer Felicity Johnson. This was a great comeback after her performance in the Evian Masters.
Evian Masters proved to be a surprise for her and her fans. She scored 291 points and finished the event in the 59th place. She shot five bogeys in the last round.
These bogeys were neutralized by five birdies and she finished the round on par. Her final score included 14 birdies and 17 bogeys.
Many saw this result as a continuation of her performance in the Raiffeisenbank Prague Golf Masters. This was another tournament where Carly Booth finished in the 50’s. She shared the 50th place with a score 217.
These two events were a real surprise for everyone, as they came right after her second LET title. She played in the Deutsche Bank Ladies Swiss Open and won it after a playoff. This had experts worried who saw a talented amateur rocked by a constant failure
to perform.
However, her game in the Ladies Irish Open laid these fears to rest and the fans are hopeful for a great game in the upcoming Ladies British Masters.
Booth has been preparing hard for the event and regularly plays a practice game to improve her skills.
She was worried about her short game and focused on putting during her practice. She said that she has her goal set for the year. She has her heart set on winning the order of merit for this year.
Carly Booth is an extraordinary player with both skills and experience under her belt. She has a great chance of a top-3 finish in the Ladies British Masters.
