Carly aka L. Wright on GH is gorgeous yet why does she always?

show so much cleavage in ALL her outfits? Were all the other Carly's dressed similarly?

I don't think it's the way she dresses... I just think Laura Wright's curvier than the other Carly's.

The other Carly's were skinner than Laura.  I think she dresses very cute and she is a pretty woman.

Well, as Sonny once put it (although I don't remember his EXACT words), she's hot and she dresses in a way to show she's not ashamed of it.  

I agree, they show way too much cleavage when dressing Carly, and it's not always flattering to the actress.  Or, sometimes they have her wear something w/o a bra underneath, which also isn't very flattering on the actress, as she is more curvy than some of the other actresses.  But, I think her manner of dress is just a way to show her character's spunky, s**y personality.

It's not really her fault that she wears those clothes.  The actress has to wear whatever the wardrobe dept picks out for her.

The other Carly's def showed some skin.  It just looked a little different b/c none of there were as tall or curvy as Laura Wright is.

(I wouldn't call her trashy, the way some other people here have, as I don't think the way a woman dresses makes her trash.)

Carly has always been aware that she is attractive and s**y and she has NO problems expressing that.  She was a trashy tramp when she arrived to PC and money hasn't changed her sense of style -only the price.  While she has more money, she prides herself in her attractive and alluring nature.  She's a barracuda for sure.  I also think that Laura is just a tall curvy woman and the colors she wears accentuate her body.

Actually, I've seen her in outfits where she's surprisingly more covered than you expect her character to be.  I've never seen the other 'Carlys' as I haven't been watching the show that long.  I've noticed this Carly doesn't always show cleavage, a lot of times she's covered in front and exposing her entire back too.  That's just the character!

Carly's backstory is that she was raised in a trailer park, and they've always played up that stereotypically trashy side of her personality.  If I recall correctly, even when she was married to AJ Quartermaine (and therefore rich for the first time -- this began her pattern of marrying into money) she dressed like a tramp at some important Quartermaine party to p**s him off because they'd had a fight.  This was back when Carly was spunky and entertaining, not just whiny and repetitive.
