I am a recovering anorexic, and am required to gain weight by my mother and doctor. I find it much easier to drink my extra calories through Ensure drinks and carnation instant breakfasts. I have these IN ADDITION to healthy meals and snacks. I noticed they have some sugar in them. But are these ok for gaining healthy weight?
Also, if i am trying to build some muscle, will drinking a Carnation Instant breakfast made with low-fat milk after weight training work-outs help me?
