Carnival has a ton of promotions right now.  Call a cruise agent to see if they have any specials.  If you go directly to Carnival they can only give you the published rate.  However, a cruise agent may be able to give you a cheaper rate because they may have some group space with lower prices.

Thebest way to get deals from Carnival is to book with one of their Vacation Planners.  I use one every time, and he always gets me the lowest price,  even if the price changes after the booking.  He also gets me any available upgrades that come along, again, even after booking.

Just go to the web site for carnival and you will find their specials listed right on their home page.  The tab "SPECIALS" is on the top right side of their home page and you can even sign up to receive emails of specials.

After you look at the specials you can book online or get a travel agent to book for you and ask if the agent has a better deal.
