  1. Having never, in 7 cruises with carnival, had a problem with pricing or invoicing I wonder who you booked with. My PVP always returns my calls, even for silly questions about excursions. Did they perhaps request paperwork ie:proof you are a senior, or military discount? If they didnt get the paperwork before they invoiced the price will be different. Good luck and I hope it works out

  2. Sorry but Bob has retired.

Gerald R. Cahill has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Carnival Cruise Lines since July 2007

If you booked with an agent we all have sales reps.

If you booked at Carnival.com you'll need to contact customer service.

you can try gerry.cahill@carnival.com  but not sure if that works....

  3. Did you book this directly with Carnival or thru a booking agency online or a travel agent? If you didn't book it directly with them then I'd contact the booking company you used first.

    Bob Dickinson is the president.

If you're just getting your invoice, typically you're not within penalties yet. So you could always cancel it and rebook.

I've been on 9 Carnival cruises and have loved everyone but I an understand your frustration about the billing/cost.

Here's another website that may be of use for you.

  4. Remember that if you didnt book right when you got the price there is nothing to say that the price you got will last. All prices are fluid and can change from one day to another if many books that cruise. But if you booked for one price that is what you shall be charged.

Also please remember that there could be a number of things that isnt included in one given price such as port taxes and charges. Such things maybe also be added to the final price. Try to find out what was included in the first price and whats included in the second.

Also remember that there could be a number of reasons why people doesnt call you back. Johan
