  1. I love your theme!

You can do red and white balloons and cluster them in the corners and around the party area.

Then you can get red and white streamers and hang them around the party area too.  That will add to the festivities of the party!  You can also get some of the round paper lanterns, the ones that have NO lights in them and hang them around the party area in varying lengths, they would add to the party feel.

You can do red tablecloths and white napkins and make everything red and white.  Accent with white and make things red and white.  You can even do red and white streamers around the posts around your house.  Wherever the party area is, if there's a post, wrap the red and white streamers around them like big candy canes!

For games, you can take 2 liter soda bottles and either leave them filled or fill the bottoms with sand so they don't tip over and make that the ring toss game.  Use the soda bottles that you use for your daily home use or for the party and line them up in rows of 3 or 4 and make a few rows and have the kids throw the rings to them and decide how many they will have to get for a prize.

You can also get a kiddie pool and put some prizes in there with a magnet on them.  Get a fishing rod, in plastic with a magnet on the end and have the kids fish for their prize.  Whatever the magnet fishes out for them is their prize.

You can also get some big pieces of foamcore, even just one, cut a circle or two out of it and draw a head and shirt and make it so the kids can put their face in there and take pictures, like you do at pumpkin patches during the fall.  Only you can draw whatever you want!

An AWESOME place to get prizes and decorations is orientaltrading.com they are VERY reliable and their prices are BETTER than the dollar store because they sell things in lots or bulk, they have things for prizes and goodie bags, etc.  They are awesome and have SO much to offer and you spend less there than you would at a dollar store and they are VERY reliable!  You can't beat them for party goods! I would definitely go and check them out!  It's orientaltrading.com  You can get a LOT there for decorations and prizes, etc.

Alternatives for dart throwing, you can just do those velcro balls, or make them yourself.  You can buy velcro anywhere, even in the dollar store, and craft store.  You can make an area where the kids have to throw a light little ball to a target and if they get it there they win.  You can wrap the velcro around the ball so it sticks to the material.

You can decorate with all bright colors.  Carnivals are fun and bright and they do have the reds and whites.  The balloons and streamers will take up a lot of that, along with the red tablecloths, etc.

I hope some of these ideas help and that your daughter has a great party and a very Happy Birthday!!
